This pair are the fairies: Purirun and Meroron, from the land of KirakiLand.
Purirun is an energetic fairy who came to Earth in search of the legendary Pretty Cure who can help stop Team Chokkiri from taken full control of KirakiLand after they imprisoned Queen Pikariine. She always secretly films the Idol Cures and their battles in order to be uploaded online for people can see but doing so would cause her to have her hair fried by the queen, warning her not to do that because of human privacy.
Meroron is a quiet and strong-willed fairy who came to Earth to find Purirun in order to take her home, but she wanted to stay by her and call her "sissy". But due to her inexperience in the human world, she keeps getting into trouble, having Uta and her friends to stop her and she ended up living with Purirun at Uta's house.
This is from Episode 19 after the two lost their memories after they sacrificed them using the Heart Kirari Lock in exchange for the power to transform into Pretty Cures in order to protect the Idol Cures from Darkine, leader of Chokkiri. Because of that, they didn't know who Uta and her friends were and after they reunited with Uta and her friends, they left.
