Kozue started out as a co-worker of Yusaku; however, thru a series of misunderstandings she started considering herself to be Godai's Girlfriend. Kozue is kind, friendly, and sweet and can be quite oblivious. Unlike Ibuki, Kozue is an actual threat to the Yusaku/Kyoko relationship as Godai does like her and feels he would be happy with her. After becoming a bank teller she accepts a marriage proposal from another co-worker.
