Catwoman Megapost Part 7 Movies: Michelle Pfeiffer

This Hit...That Ice Cold...Michelle Pfeiffer...That's White Gold.
This one, for them hood girls...Them Good Girls...Straight Masterpieces!
Yup  our next Catwoman up is the Villainess from Batman Returns. 😸
Sadly Catwoman doesn't have a barefoot scene in film. Her actress Michelle Pfeiffer however has had quite a few moments in her career so we get to see what this version's of Catwoman's feet would look like. :-D
This foot massage scene is from the film Married to the Mob.
(A Bit Thanks to Wikifeet is in order for this one.)

Bonus: A Videoclip of Michelle's Foot massage scene:

Analysis: Michelle's Catwoman was pretty good. For one thing her costume is very well designed. It was made out of  tight fitting latex that allowed us to see how in shape Michelle's body was. The stitches highlight the fact that this version of Catwoman put her costume together herself. As a character Michelle's Catwoman was badass. She had the fighting skill to take Batman on in fight and she also displayed quite a bit of intellect coming up with the strategy of framing Batman for murder so that the police would go after him. Another thing to note is that Michelle's Catwoman has a special ability. She has Nine lives so she's able to survive a few situations that ordinary humans would not.

The Movie Batman Returns in general was good. It was directed by Tim Burton so you get the same feel of the Nightmare before Christmas. A lot of eerie elements mixed with comedy. There's still the action you would expect out of a Batman movie and there's a lot to enjoy. The Dark Knight basically has two villains for him to contend with in the film  (Penguin in addition to Catwoman) so there's a lot for him to do and it is fun to watch. As you would expect from Tim Burton, this take on Batman is pretty dark and creepy so it might not be for fans who enjoy a more lighthearted approach to the character. Catwoman's origin in the film is an example of this. In the film, Selina was a secretary who discovers that her boss was committing illegal activities with his company. He kills her to prevent her from talking pushing her out a window into the alley below. She winds up getting revived by cats living in the alley licking her into consciousness and apparently endowing her with certain catlike abilities. The process causes Selina to snap, driving her insane and she winds up become Catwoman after that. Admittedly there's a definitely a suspension of disbelief with her origin story. ^_^; That said though of the 4 Batman films released in the 80's and 90's, Batman Returns is widely considered to be one of the better films.

Ok everyone. I'm actually planning to post 3 tributes today covering all of the movie Catwomen so they'll be some more posts later in the day. :-)

Until then. :-D

  2. She does have a barefoot scene. There is one scene where she arrives home and takes off her shoes. You see her feet briefly at the end of the scene when she gets off her sofa and runs into her room.
