Cybersix

Cybersix is a superhuman created by a former Nazi scientist. She rebelled against her creator and fights against him and all his monstrous creations. Donning a black hat and cape, she leaps across the rooftops of Meridiana, righting wrongs wherever she finds them.

This is from the episode "Daylight Devil," sadly the only moment in the series where she's not wearing heels. In a very unusual turn from typical superheroes, Cybersix's secret identity is a young male teacher named Adrian Seidelman. She wears baggy clothing and glasses, changes her hair, and lowers her voice to convincingly play the part of a young man. The show is okay, but there are some problems with clunky writing. Where the series shines is in the unique art style and fantastic animation from TMS. And if you need more proof of how badass she is, her partner is a black panther with a human brain.
