Twilight Sparkle's human counterpart, also known as Sci-Twi, is one of the seven titular main protagonists of the Equestria Girls franchise.
She was a student of Crystal Prep Academy, until she was transferred to Canterlot High School. She is also the second-in-command of the titular team, the Rainbooms' lead vocalist, Spike's owner and best friend, and Sunset Shimmer and Pinkie Pie's best friend.
She is voiced by Tara Strong (who also voices Melody in The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea, Timmy Turner and Poof in The Fairly OddParents franchise, Dil Pickles in the Rugrats franchise, Unikitty in the Cartoon Network animated TV series of the same name, and Angel in the Lilo & Stitch franchise), and her singing voice was provided by Rebecca Shoichet (who also voices Sunset Shimmer in the same franchise).
