I'll give my top 5 (in no particular order) with brief explanations, and one series which I liked personally:
1. Hinata Hyuga (Naruto Series): Who doesn't love Hinata? She worked hard plucking the courage to show her love to Naruto, and this decade brought her the fruits of her labor with her marriage to him. On top of that, she has some of the BEST feet scenes compared to the rest.
2. Mai Sakurajima (Rascal Doesn't Dream of Bunny Girl-Senpai): A very unique and complex character from a beloved series, Mai truly shined above all female casts in the 2018 Anime season, winning her Crunchyroll's "Wifu of the Year Award". Her feet shots are not bad either, after all, she is a model. Her being barefoot has gained quite a following, and the knows this well to tease us with great feet shots of her in scans. One could only understand why Sakuta LOVES being stepped on by her.
3. Lucy Hearfillia (Fairy Tail): I know the other popular feet choice is Erza from the series, but I always loved seeing Lucy barefoot more personally. I feel as if Hiro Mishima knows some of his fans LOVE feet, as the entire series is covered in cute girls showing off their feet, but it seems like he loves to make Lucy out foot guinea pig to say the least. After all, he gave use the wonderful scene of Lucy's feet almost being tickled by a goat (god I wished she was tickled though).
4. Asuna Yuuki (Sword Art Online): I know...apparently Sword Art Online is the coolest thing to hate, but for me, its my personal guilty pleasure with Asuna being my personal favorite character. The most recent season saw her become a total badass to save Kirito, and she is also been blessed to have WONDERFUL barefoot shots and scans. Its almost as if the team knows her bare feet are marketable, and I for one am not complaining at all.
5. Kaga Kokou (Golden Time): Kaga Kokou is yet another complex character in a wonderfully made anime, Golden Time. Released in 2014, the anime is finally releasing with a English Dub, and I HIGHLY recommend watching it. While barefoot shots are rare (and an aforementioned main character's fetish was only for the Manga story #sadface) Kokou had above average shots of her feet, with ehr wearing gorgeous foot wear, to even showing them barefoot at time, she definitely showed some feet fans love in the wonderfully written drama.
Honorable Anime Series: The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls (Anime+Webisode Spin-Off): This show is unique, while centered around the main casts alluding to the iconic fairy tale "Cinderella", there wasn't many foot shots, though the ones present were great. While there are a few and in between scans of the cast being barefoot, with their iconic album cover for "Smile" have a shot of most of them barefoot, I couldn't place one or more of them in here. Its a shame, as many would expect some or at least an average amount of feet shots, but I guess I'll make do (with my personal best feet shots being only 1 each from the main heroines, Uzuki Shimamura, and Rin Shibuya in the first season, and one shot of Mika Jougasaki's open toed shoes in the second season, and the entire 44th episode of "The Idolmasters: Cinderella Girls Theater 3rd Season" Spin-off).

Yeah, I feel as if people aren't that talkative on Blogspot anymore seeing its now sadly a dying trend site. Not to mention rumors of Google possibly axing it soon now that Flash is pretty much dead. But in all cases, I like coming here, and thought sharing my personal favorite foot scenes would help lighten to mood I guess? I have a few more if you like me to post them one day? It may be more so a reviewish style post though.
Ino Yamanaka is the top character for me and my favorite pair of feet. :-)
In terms of best foot scenes though. Have to give Akane Shinjo and Zero Two the best closeups in recent memory. :-) I forget what year the Medusa scene occurred I don't know if that was in the 2010's.
