Come Together! to the Seton Academy: Ruka Bando

Ruka is a captain of the Synchronized Swimming Club at Sea Academy and bottlenose dolphin person. Ruka has two personalities, one for both hemispheres of her brain. Her dominant personality, or Left-Side mode, comes off as arrogant and condescending of others, showing disdain to those whose abilities she feels are inferior those of her troop. Her Right-Side mode is the opposite of her left side, being much more kind and compassionate towards others, and is shown to take other people's feelings into consideration.
