Looks like a really cute film. This is the reason why I like Japanese animes so much. They are not afraid to do what they think works best for their movies. America would have probably found over 100 thing already that can be seen offensive.
Oh, maybe like not enough POC, no LBGTQDPFUKUBBQ representation, "too many white girls", "Japanese unrealistic standards of beauty make me feel inadequate about my appearance", "OMG TOO YOUNG" and no show of solidarity for BLM plastered allover their promos or at the beginning of their screenings, just to name a few.
