I remember the Chinese started getting into full animation after plagiarizing a lot of shows and movies (most notably 5 Centimeters per Second). Right now, they are even doing some in-between work on some Japanese shows, like Dropkick on My Devil!, which I've been quite wary of.
Very nice. I see that information is very scarce on this Chinese series.
