Fragtime (OVA): Haruka Murakami

She's Misuzu's only friend with the ability to move amidst frozen time. She is named as an idol of her school and takes pleasure in knowing others are obsessed with her, but does show some genuine affection. She has a thing with Misuzu after she saw her panties and began using her ability for "favors" by having her stop time when convenient.
