Erza was the one who caused this to happen during the "guild master game", which is like the king game, where Erza, who was winning, ordered her friends to carry out increasingly raunchy demands, much to their horror and embarrassment. Fed up with her bullying, Gray cheated and ordered Erza to walk home while naked; to his dismay, she took the challenge seriously and left the party upon stripping naked.
I think you should have did it on Christmas day. But love it as always exceptionally the close up on Erza feet in the snow.
