Cocoa's classmate at high school, whose family runs a coffee shop of their own, Ama Usa An, which has its own rabbit mascot named Anko. Chiya is very gentle and ladylike, and is usually the peacekeeper. She enjoys giving the Japanese sweets at her family's cafe long and delicate names, like "Red Jewel in a Snowy Field" and "Moon and Stars Reflected Upon the Sea". While she seems sweet on the surface, she enjoys telling ghost stories and disturbing her friends. She is childhood friends with Sharo.

I love how they're all named after coffees teas and cocoas. They seem like a bunch of great girls. I'm going to take a guess and say that Cocoa will be last.
