It's time to take this Foot Festival to a new level of surreal with Revolutionary Girl Utena. An teenaged girl named Utena Tenjou, fights to protect Anthy and is pulled into a series of sword duels with the members of the Student Council. I do remember that there was an foot scene and an pedicure scene in this series but don't know which episode it was. Same rules still apply.
The lead in the series is hot!!
