Tropical-Rouge! PreCure: Laura's Human Form First Appearence
This is where Laura discovered that she became an human after getting human legs and feet thanks to her wish to stay by Manatsu's side then later decide to move into her house. This is from Episode 17.
Japan is the only country that seems to have the guts to show attractive women in their animated shows. Mosty modern western animation feature girls that look more like boys.
I can name a few right now, Linka from Captain Planet, Baroness from GI Joe, April O’Neil, Disney Princesses, Most Comic book heroines and villianesses like Black Widow & Harley Quinn, Overwatch girls. Sure anime has a lot more but western animation has its own fair share of attractive women.
I know I can see the resemblance. Hell, I wouldn't be remotely surprised if it helps give yet another generation of viewers a foot fetish, just like Ariel before her did! XD

ReplyDeleteOf course, it is true. Look at the Voltron and She-Ra reboot. A lot of modern western artist try to combine male and female design into another.

Of course, they are bad. And not only that, they do all look the same after a while.
