Midori Tamaru is one of the notorious Tamaru siblings. Similar to her brother she likes to make awkward small talk during games in order to throw off her opponents rhythm. She enjoys being the center of attention; but does not seem to have many friends. At the end of the season she joins the Mizusawa High school Karuta club meaning she is likely to become a more important character in season four.
