Custom's Picks: Violet Evergraden: The Movie

This movie meant to be the finale of the anime series since it took place one year after the pervious movie, Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll. Over 50 years later has passed at the beginning of this movie and Daisy, the granddaughter of Anne Magnolia, stumbled upon the letters sent to her grandmother during her birthday. She became curious about the legend of Violet Evergarden, who is well-known for writing beautiful letters on behalf of her customers. The story go back over half an century ago where Violet received a request from a terminally ill boy named Yuris to write letters for his family before he dies. Meanwhile, Claudia Hodgins found a mail with a vague address on it and recognizes the handwriting to be from Gilbert Bougainvillea, whom they thought to be dead during the war. He managed to find the source from a remote island and decided to bring Violet with him so she can reunited with him again.
