Carol is an air-headed girl from Britain who is in the same class as Tomo and Misuzu. Her actions are never fully predicted, but she seems to be trying to help Tomo get with Jun most of the time.

@Dan B Yeah, Sally Amaki (from VA idol group 22/7) is Japanese-American. She actually didn't learn Japanese until she decided to pursue a career in voice-acting.
DeleteAs someone who watched Tomo-chan in Japanese, I was very impressed with how effortlessly Sally stays true to Carol's airy and playful personality in the English dub.
