Custom's Picks: Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System

This third part takes place over a year after the events of Psycho-Pass the Movie where Shinya Kogami decided to travel around Southeast Asia in the Himalayas on the Tibetan Plateau as he lives his life as a free man from the Sibyl System. During his time outside of Japan, he saved some refugees on a bus from guerrillas. One of the victims, an girl named Tenzing Wangchuk thanked him for saving her and wanted him to teach her how to fight back in order to get her revenge on Jean-Paul Belmondo for killing her family.
