Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur: Lunella Lafayette (Plus Bonus)
Lunella aka Moon Girl is a gifted African-American girl who lives a double life as a superheroine and accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York. This is from the episode “Full Moon” where she tries to have a mother daughter day but her responsibilities as a hero keep getting in the way.
Look like Lunella and Adria have ticklish feet.

DeleteYe, but there actually can be some decent modern cartoon designs. Just Molly McGee's is particularly bad, literally resembling Hanna-Barbera animal paws.
