Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: Female Captives

This is from Episode 19 where Section 9 were investigating the mysterious kidnappings on young women by a North Territories Russian mafia called Blindfold Ivan, one of the girls is the former Japanese Prime Minister's daughter. The ringleader, Cruzkowa Bosyeltnov, wanted to use the girls' body parts to chop shops once they are killed, and all of their organs and cybernetic pieces are taken to be sold on the black market. Section 9 noted that the former Prime Minister had already downplayed the kidnappings in order to keep ties between Russia and Japan strong and due to Kusanagi's recommendation, he then revealed the kidnapping of the former Prime Minister's daughter to the public in order to create a national media event.
