Samurai 7: Kirara Mukumari

She's a water maiden and a village priestess of Kanna. She is a strong-willing and determinating. She was assigned by the elder of her home to go find the samurai to be brought back to her village, while admitting that she also wanted to see the outside world. She possesses a small water crystal on her necklace which allows her to detect the flow of water and to read hearts from living creatures. This is from Episode 11.
