Esper Mami (Mami the Psychic): Mami Sakura (Episode 37)
This is during the Christmas episode, Mami was trying to cheer up a lonely person as she went as far as the turned herself into a gift. Sadly, since this is wintertime, no barefooted shots until later episodes of the anime.
Socks or no socks, Mami always looks great without shoes.
