Looking back at these entries. I never did a bio for Canary so let's do a brief one since I think she is pretty well known. Black Canary aka Dinah Lance is a Super-heroine in the DC Universe. She is extremely skilled at Martial Arts and also has a special ability called the "Canary Cry" which allows her to release a destructive high-pitched scream that disables her opponents. As some the pictures in this Tribute Show, She is romantically linked to another DC Superhero Green Arrow. She is a member of the Super Hero Team The Birds of Prey as well as the Justice League of America.
I know when it comes to Birds of Prey members I tend to focus on the heroine Huntress quite a bit but Canary is really cool too. Being a blonde martial artist and super heroine she definitely fills in a lot of boxes on my hotness checklist. In addition to that she is known for wearing fishnet stockings which definitely appeals to fetish fans and most guys in general. ^_^

DeleteYes that's right. I think the character got separated into two different women after Crisis on the Infinite Earths. One is the mother Dinah Drake Lance (Golden Age Canary) and one is her daughter Dinah Laurel Lance (Post Crisis Canary). I think the older canary used to use the blonde wig to mask her identity.
