Deca-Dence: Natsume (Episodes 1-3)
A teenage Tanker girl who lost her father and her right arm due to a Gadoll attack when she was a child. She has a prosthetic right arm and dreams of joining The Power and fight the Gadoll as a warrior, but after graduating from the Tanker Orphanage she ends up working under Kaburagi as an maintenance worker.

Nice character. Looks like she was lucky to keep part of her arm, and only her forearm had to be replaced.

DeleteDon't start you guys! Bethany is a professional surfer from Hawaii. In 2003 at age 13, her left arm was bitten off by a tiger shark. It was lucky that she got bitten where it happened, because any further up, and it could have been fatal. She is extremely lucky to be alive! And just one month after the attack, she started surfing again. The movie Soul Surfer is about her, starring AnnaSophia Robb.
DeleteRegardless, I'm glad I was able to share this story about Bethany Hamilton. She skis too occasionally, she has a prosthetic arm for that.
