Chinami starts out as a clumsy student who likes reading and gardening, and has an aversion to electronic devices. She emits electromagnetic waves that spike when her emotions run high. This often damages electronics for blocks around. Eventually, Chinami learns to control her ability and joins the 'OZ' organization to help them to protect other 'Type E' users.
