This is from Episode 32 when both Purirun and Meroron can transform into humans at will thanks to the Kirakkiran Ribbon Baton and by touching the two Kiraki Lights together while waving the Lights at each other thinking they could appeal each other into humanity. Both fairies in their human forms go by the names, Purin and Meron Tanaka. The reason why they wanted to be human is because the two wanted to go to school with Uta, Kokoro and Nana after being inspired by a romantic book called, "The Sisters of Rose Hill Girls' High", about twin sisters going to high school together in a Utena-style way.
