Esper Mami (Mami the Psychic): Mami Sakura (Episode 19)
Sadly, there weren't that many bare foot scenes on Mami outside of socked feet in the previous episode that involved around Mami and her father coming to the plateau together to do some art with Kazuo being invited to help them out. The three later encountered a mystery in the woods starting with "a boy who left his dog last summer" to "an injured man from a wolf pack ambush". In this episode, an hitman called Black Cupid was going to assassinate Dabdala, the President of Namdamia during a press conference to start a war between Namdamia and Japan, only Mami wanted to prevent this but stopping the hitman but the problem was she needed to avoid getting shot and killed in the heart since the Black Cupid never misses his target in far-distances and in close-range.

They didn't in other episodes, so I'm pretty sure those are leggings because she has plenty of toes shots.

No, that's his only means of contact. I did speak to him recently though.
