Squid Girl Season 1: Cindy Campbell
Cindy Campbell is an American, extraterrestrial researcher, who believes squid girl to be an alien. She hopes to convince squid girl into taking part of experimentation to prove her alien theory. Cindy also has a degree from MIT.
