Chisa is a first year Mechanical Engineering Student at Izu University. She wants to become a diving instructor and is eager to do anything diving related. She is much more level-headed than the rest of the cast and doesn't partake in the partying quite as much as the others; possibly due to her low tolerance for alcohol.
