Dragon Ball GT: Oceanus Shenron

She's the 6-star Shadow Dragon that controls water and wind; she was created thanks to the very first wish that Goku and his friends made which was Oolong wanted for a pair of dirty panties in order to stop Emperor Pilaf from conquering the world in the OG Dragon Ball. Due to that, she was furious due to how perverted and disgusting that was to her. She fought off Goku in a clash of twisters, but she crushed him in a strong vortex. She is also very arrogant, attacking other sea creatures such as seagulls and fish for no apparent reason beyond sadism perhaps not unlike the other Shadow Dragons. She can shapeshift into a hideous monster in order to trick people in her appearance. This is from Episode 51.
