Maison Ikkoku: Ritsuko Chigusa

Ritsuko is the stubborn mother of Kyoko.  She desires for her daughter to remarry and, unlike her husband, thinks Shun Mitaka would make an ideal husband.  Like her husband she has the habit to not notice and forget the name of Yusaku Godi.

 

The Idolmaster (Series, Movie, and Art): Ritsuko Akizuki

Ritsuko started as an intern, but eventually became an idol herself.  Hard working and very business like, she now serves as the producers assistant; and one day wants to become a corporate manager.  She directly manages Ryūgū Komachi and even filled in for Azusa on one occasion.
