Kuroko Shirai is a level 4 esper and a member of Judgment. She's overly, and sometimes criminally, affectionate towards Mikoto; this often times gets her electrocuted for her troubles. She's outspoken, confident, and can look down on those who don't have strong abilities; but she will always defend someone in trouble.
