Sweet Blue Flowers: Yasuko Sugimoto

 Yasuko is a third year student at Matsuoka High School.  She is the captain of the basketball team and is quite popular.  She use to attend Fujigaya High School, however after being rejected by a teacher she had a crush on she switched high schools.  She dated Fumi for a short time that didn't end well.

The whole 'can't spit it out' genre has never been my cup of tea.  That being said this one my favorite anime for the simple reason they don't ignore the problems this can cause for everyone around them.  They also don't portray Taigas quick to violence initial personality as cute, but as a problem for her to over come.  And they manage to do it without ever becoming to dark.
