Maebashi Witches: Yuina Akagi (Episode 11)

This is from the beginning of the episode where she was having a nightmare of her friends being taken away by Eiko and the frog, Keropee. After waking up, she forgot about her memories of the magical flower shop once Eiko took complete control of it and she doesn't really know anything about her friends until she entered a mysterious rose garden after opening up a shutter during her free time sightseeing in Tokyo. There, she met a blue-haired lady drinking tea, telling her that she can regain her memories of her friends and being a witch if she can make a single wish only if she proves that she can take back to flower shop from Eiko. Eventually, Azu, Choco, Mai, and Kyouka appeared after the lady called them over and they haven’t forgotten everything about being Maebashi Witches.

This is where she and her friends are planning on giving Choco a birthday party with two cakes: one vanilla and the other chocolate. Yuina herself was too excited and wanted to make it as a surprise once she and her friends head back to the magical flower shop.
