Chain is a composed and responsible member of the Werewolf Bureau known as Rū-Garūzu furomu Nōuea. She is also quite sadistic and can be indifferent to most people. Although she does show a bit of empathy towards her friends. Chain has the ability to nullify her own presence, but she must maintain a link to the world or she will cease to exist.
Rahne is another longtime favorite character of mine, and she had a brief tenure with Excalibur in the 90s, so she still counts. Any excuse to showcase this mutant werewolf cutie.
