The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls (Season 2, Episode 10): Uzuki Shimamura

This is from the beginning of the episode where she was on the phone with the Producer about what should she do since her friends, Rin and Mio got their own successful careers in acting and other idol groups and she didn't have any other goals outside being a part of New Generations with the two. She then suffered self-doubt and a lack of confidence, she told the Producer that she wanted to go back to the basics and subsequently return to training music camp. Feeling that something was off, the Producer frequently visited Uzuki at the school to keep an eye on her, but she stuck to her usual line of "I'll do my best." but the Producer doesn't believe she is heading in the right direction of being herself, so he set up a Christmas concert for New Generations so he can get her back to her friends and entreats her to re-enter the fold there but she doesn't show any enthusiasm for the plan, stating she was holding her friends back from continue their own dreams. It was an sad episode, honesty.
