Personal Question

Custom here, I just need to ask an personal question: Why do people saying stuff like "Season 3 when" instead of "When will season 3 be out?" The whole "such as such" when on anything is aggravating because of bad grammar.

    They are probably abbreviating for time. The less letters they need to type the easier it is for them. :-)
