Sailor Moon S: Hotaru Tomoe
She's the only child and daughter of Professor Souichi Tomoe, and the look-alike reincarnation of Sailor Saturn. Before the events of the manga, she was raised by her mother and father and an accident occurred in one of her father's labs, which killed her mother and fatally wounded her. In order to save her, her father replaced parts of her limbs with machinery, making her a cyborg. Her counterpart, Sailor Saturn, one of the four Outer Sailor Guardian and the most infamous due to her nickname, "Goddess of Destruction", she has the ability to annihilate a whole planet, or even an entire star system, and resets the evolution of the annihilated area to zero. She also has healing powers, healing Chibiusa's wounds after the battle against the first battle against the Death Busters and she is the only Sailor Guardian who is reborn after using her powers. Sailor Saturn reminds me of Beerus from Dragon Ball Super due to them being Destroyers. These shots are from Episodes 24, 26, 28 of Season 3. Sadly, there were any barefooted scenes on her in this version of Sailor Moon.

Hotaru is beautiful, and her black clothing is lovely. I'm glad they changed it in the anime so that she wasn't made into a cyborg, and her mother Keiko died prior to the series. Either way, both the manga and the original anime are great in their own aspects.
