Full Metal Panic: Melissa Mao

 Melissa is a member of mithril the superior officer of both Sousuke and Kurt on their special response team .  She is a bit of a heavy drinker and smoker, and is quick to speak up when someone angers her.  Melissa does have a sense of humor and like to tease Sousuke over his lack of social skills.
