Bayala: The Fairy Princess and the Unicorn: Eyela
Eyela is the crown princess of all sun fairies. She tries to project an air of majesty, dignity, and grace; but seems to have a laid back personality when no one else is around. She is best friends with Feya.

Speaking of European films, I have heard of this film called the Adventures of Pil. It has a barefooter girl in it.
