Tropical-Rouge! PreCure: Manatsu and Laura (Episode 29)
This is where Manatsu was talking to Laura about the mirror she got that led them to have a dream about a Legendary Pretty Cure who thought to be an myth after she saved the world of mermaids and humans a long time ago according to Laura.
Great bit of attention to detail in the animation where the leg vibrates a little when it hit hits the floor as she move it downward a second time with more force (see first gif)
