She is the last remaining of the Gnome People after the Earless attacked her people and killed her father when she was a little girl ten years prior after coexisting with them. She then explained that the Core Pact Mu have belonged to Jimi Stonefree and that in the past the country was peaceful with humans and Earless living together. One day, Jimi arrived and he enjoyed his time with the Earless too. They heard about the Fest, but they couldn't refuse and as the countries were stating they want to protect the Earless outside of Gnome, they ended up giving them all the data they have on the Earless. Their fears turned true when the countries indeed wanted to wipe out the Earless and caused even the Earless in Gnome to lose senses. Jimi tried to stop them, but he never returned thought to be dead. Her name is based on Roger Waters. This is from Episode 6.
