Frieren: Frieren & Serie (Episode 25)
This is during a flashback where Frieren is giving Serie Flamme's will, it revealed that Flamme convinced the human emperor to allow humans to adopt magic. Serie stated that this has been the start of the human era, and eventually human mages will be able to surpass even Elves like herself and Frieren.
