Esper Mami (Mami the Psychic): Mami Sakura (Episode 23)

Mami met a lady named Sayako Takami who is a Comet Hunter, a person who finds and observe comets from space and name them. They met two men and one of them was Mr. Skylee from NASA, the two men were making the Lowell Project, a personal plan to explore Mars before the new millennium began with a handful of people from other countries already on board in order to name a unknown Martian area, into a reality and they needed Sayako's money and expertise but she refused because she thought the whole thing was a scam to make her lose the last bit of the cash she had left from her late husband. Then a typhoon came in and flooded the place she was living in which Mami jumped in to save her from drowning.
