Tatsuki Fujimoto 17–26: Female Toshihide & Rie

They're a happy couple who were dating for a while until Toshihide found himself as a girl overnight by a diagnosis of the irreversible "Woke-Up-as-a-Girl Syndrome", and because of this, he has been isolated and harassed by his classmate due to him being a girl which forced him to reevaluate his relationship with his girlfriend. Despite this, he decided to face his new life as a girl but staying true to himself as a boy in order to keep his relationship with Rie going.
