Supergirl Celebration Part 3: Post Crisis Supergirl

One of the memorable moments involving Supergirl is that she sacrifices to help save the world as part of the major DC Comic Book event Crisis on Infinite Earths (1985). The original version of Supergirl (Kara Zor-El) doesn't reappear in comics for Several years afterwards however she makes her return in 2004 Batman / Superman series storyline: "The Supergirl from Krypton

Michael Turner who drew the art for that series is one of my favorite Supergirl artists. Supergirl had a lot of foot related content in that storyline which were posted on the site earlier:

Of all the costumes given to Supergirl. Her Post Crisis version has the sexiest designed outfit. It gives fans a peek at her stomach. It is really hot to watch. Her reintroduction storyline was also really exciting. Superman and Batman both take on Darkseid with Supergirl and Wonder Woman thrown into the mix. It is one of Superman's best comic book fights.

The initial arc of Kara's Post crisis series  entitled "Power" was also really good as well introducing an evil version of Kara wearing a black costume that we still often see cosplayers wearing to this day.
