Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Haruna

Haruna is a battleship in the fleet of fog.  She is normally very stoic and prefers studying linguistics.  She becomes apprehensive and almost defenseless when her jacket is removed.  She becomes protective of a 'design child' named Makie Osakabe.
