Star Detective PreCure: Anna Akechi and Mikuru Kobayashi

First off, I wanted to apologize to everyone for making this post because I did said that I wasn't going to do any Pretty Cure posts after You & Idol due to how I felt about that season with its standalone movie would to be my last one and stopped posting this franchise afterwards, so consider this as an exception of that. The reason why I did this is because this anime got a 2-part crossover event with Case Closed (Detective Conan) with Conan himself, Ran and Kogoro Mori around Makoto Mirai City in the year 1999, to meet with the main duo with a mystery case involving the famous glass slipper called the "Lost At Midnight" of the Hosho Art Museum was gone missing thanks to the Phantom Thief, Niji, in his disguise as a old lady named Chinami. This is from Episode 18, "The Detectives Assemble", it played out like a episode from Conan with the eyecatches are replaced by one of the cafe doors opening and closing, as a nod to Conan's iconic eyecatches, Conan himself explaining what really happened thanks to him putting Anna to sleep with his tranquilizer and him using his gadgets to stop Niji from getting away with the Lost At Midnight glass slipper. As for the main duo, they're not too bad, Mikuru is my personal favorite due to how appearance, less annoying personality, she has plenty of detective knowledge, and works incredibly hard to solve cases. She also thinks carefully before acting, so she tends to be cautious before getting moving and she is a bit of a klutz despite being an Millennial. The transformation sequence in the episode is quite beautiful and I do like the Jewel Cure Watches for their transformation devices and the catwalk was just mesmerizing. I probably might do another follow-up post on this crossover later.
