This is from Episode 4 of the anime where David dropped by to deliver an new arm part to Pilar, Rebecca's older brother for "personal reasons".

Cyberpunk Edgerunners: Lucy

She is a netrunner with a troubled past and considered Night City a neolight prison and wanted to escape and head to the moon so she can be truly free from the city's corruption. She met David on a train and took him on a trip down to the city's criminal underworld and learn how messed up things are around the city. She and David became a part of Maine's group of edgerunners, outlaws who have immersed themselves in the era of technological change by implanting cyberware, enhancing their abilities, using weapons and/or their cunning and perceptions in order to oppose the megacorporations. These are from Episodes 6 to 8.

She's the daughter of Scarlet and Kyros and the granddaughter of Riku Doldo III. She is the former crown princess of Dressrosa, who forfeited her title to live with her father. She entered the gladiator tournament in order to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi (Flame-Flame Fruit) so she could avenge her mother's death by defeating both Diamante and Doflamingo despite the Thunder Soldier (her father's) warning that she might get killed. She befriended with Luffy during the tournament since she was unable to kill him due to a lack in killing intent or immoral nature. Her goal in life was to protect those dear to her, she was willing to resort to underhanded tactics. She also has been known as known the "Undefeated Woman", implying that she has never lost a fight and is immensely evasive, which meant she can avoid attacks from multiple enemies at once. Her most impressive display was dodging, albeit barely blocking, Hakuba's attack that hit 20 people in an instant, but at the same time, she was shown to be bullied by other gladiators such as Spartan. She also has Kenbunshoku (Observation) Haki, which can unleashed a sixth sense that allows them to sense the presence, strength, and emotions of others, as well as gain limited precognitive abilities.
