Psycho-Pass 2: Unnamed Female Hostage

This woman is one of the hostages from the fourth episode. In case on what was going on, a man has his hostages strip and starts killing them one by one to raise the others' stress levels, proclaiming himself a savior in the name of Kamui.

For those who don't know about this series, Psycho-Pass is an futuristic, cyberpunk, criminal justice, mystery anime about Japan being tightly governed by the Sibyl System and their enforcers, the Public Safety Bureau. The Sibyl System maintains order by using advanced technology to instantaneously analyze a person's psychological profile and calculate the likelihood that person will commit a crime, the series follows two protagonists, Shinya Kogami and Akane Tsunemori among other members of Unit One of the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division as they protect Japan from major criminals like Shogo Makishima who wanted to destroy society created by the Sibyl System while solving mysteries behind its true nature.
